Owned and operated by a local husband and wife team for over 15 years, Greenlite Properties takes pride in leasing high-quality, well-maintained homes in desirable neighborhoods around the North Columbus area. We work hard to make sure our tenants have homes that are safe, functional and aesthetically-appealing. Most of our properties are 3 bedroom/2 bath single-family homes, but we do have several 2 bedroom townhouses and condominium units as well as a couple of 4 bedroom homes.

Most prospective tenants will be asked to submit an initial application via Zillow. If our initial review is favorable, we may request that a supplementation application be completed (at no cost) and submitted along with supporting documentation such as proof of income (W2 forms, pay stubs, etc.), bank statements and photo identification.

If approved as a prospective tenant we will require a deposit to reserve the unit until the initiation of a lease. Security deposit, pet fees (if applicable) and first and last month's rent payments are due no later than lease start date in most cases. Please note we do not accept smokers in any of our properties.

For most properties, tenants are responsible for all utilities, routine maintenance of the home, yard and lawn care, etc. We truly want each of our tenants to feel like they are "home" in our properties. As such, we love when our tenants care for their rental homes like they own them. We enjoy developing relationships with our tenants that will foster a team-approach to caring for the homes, and in dealing with any problems that inevitably arise from time-to-time. For this reason, many of our tenants have been renting with us for many years; in fact, several tenants have been with us since we first started as landlords back in 2005!
