Information for Tenants
Following are Landlord Policies for our tenants. Please refer to your Lease Agreement for additional information.
Do not obstruct the driveways, sidewalks, courts, entry ways, stairs and/or halls, which shall be used for the purposes of ingress and egress only;
Keep all windows, glass, window coverings, doors, locks and hardware in good, clean order and repair;
Do not obstruct or cover the windows or doors;
Do not leave windows or doors in an open position during any inclement weather;
Do not hang any laundry, clothing, sheets, etc. from any window, rail, porch or balcony nor air or dry any of same within any yard area or space;
Do not cause or permit any locks or hooks to be placed upon any door or window without the prior written consent of Landlord;
Keep all lavatories, sinks, toilets, and all other water and plumbing apparatus in good order and repair and shall use same only for the purposes for which they were constructed. Tenant shall not allow any sweepings, rubbish, sand, rags, ashes or other substances to be thrown or deposited therein. Any damage to any such apparatus and the cost of clearing stopped plumbing resulting from misuse shall be borne by Tenant;
Tenant's family and guests shall at all times maintain order in the Premises and at all places on the Premises, and shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other the neighborhood;
Deposit all trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse in approved, provided receptacles, and, therefore, shall not allow any trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse to be deposited or permitted to stand on the exterior of the premises and its surrounding property;
No smoking of any kind within the Premises.
Not park or store any vehicles or equipment on areas other than the parking spaces assigned to your unit. No vehicles may be driven onto the lawn or yard areas. Long-term storage of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, watercraft, etc. are not permitted.
Tenant must keep the Premises in a clean and sanitary condition, free from any condition contributing to infestation. If pests or insects are found to be present, Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, is responsible for the elimination and subsequent pest control.
Replace air conditioning filters at least every three months and keep intake grills clean. Should any damage to the HVAC system result from lack of maintenance, tenant may be held responsible for any or all resulting repairs.
It is essential that all of our tenants be good stewards of their homes.
Please ensure to be respectful of your neighbors and the neighborhood, and make sure nothing is done to detract from the appearance or value of the property.
